Unwinder Unit:
• Max unwinding diameter 1200mm, with 3 inch roll axis core, including Automatic web guiding device,correct the position of paper automatically.With paper binding table and hydraulic lifting paper shaft device,and with Auto tension controller system
• 3inch Air swelling shaft core
• Electronic paper web guide traction device, there was a small offset paper web movement, the system can accurately continuously revised(Ikon V-600)
• one Magnetic powder brake
• with fast inflatting gun
• Feeding tension unit:Taper control technology to ensure the regsiter precision.

1)Adopt the anilox to spread ink.

2)Unwinding and rewinding are controlled by magnetic power brake, clutch, lor by automatic tension controller of Mitsubishi, made in Japan.

3)Each printing unite adopts 360-degree registering adjuster.

4)Each printing unite have one IR drier.

5)The inking roller can break away automatically while paking, and running at a low speed, in order to avoid ink being dry.
6)The main motor is adopted the import stepless regulation of frequency conversion.
7)Unwinding, web guiding, corona discharging, printing, IR drying and rewinding can be finished in one process, this is an ideal machine to print many kinds of paper cup.
