High-speed Double Turntable Paper Cup Forming Machine

The high-speed paper cup forming machine GZB-600 adopts a double turntable design. The large turntable is responsible for the cutting of the bottom paper, the bottom folding edge, the hot air heating of the cup bottom, and the knurling process. The small turntable is responsible for the lubrication of the cup opening, the two stations of cup mouth curling, and the cup discharge process. The machine is suitable for single-sided or double-sided PE-coated paper, ensuring both output and quality.

Geneva Double Open Cam: Large, Thick, Stable and Fast

the Two Stations for Cup Mouth Curling: Ensure superior cup mouth curl quality during high-speed forming.

Cup Side Sealing: The edges of the paper fan are first heated by the preheater and then sealed by ultrasonic system.

Hardened Aluminum Material Molds: Balance lightness and hardness. This design helps minimize wear and tear during the machine's long and fast operation, effectively extending its service life.

OMRON Encoder: This machine is controlled by PLC and is equipped with encoder to control ultrasonic system, sensors, solenoid valves, etc., making the operation of each process more accurate.
