The WJ-90 paper bowl making machine, drawing on advanced paper bowl machinery technology, has accumulated extensive expertise through troubleshooting and continuous improvement. Through sequential precision processes including paper feeding, preheating, ultrasonic side sealing, bottom cutting, hot-air heating system for PE coating melting, bottom knurling, edge curling, and final product ejection, this machine produces high-quality paper bowls. These containers are heat-resistant and leak-proof, making them ideal for holding noodles, soups, and other food items with hygiene standards.

Geneva Open Cam: Large, Thick, Stable and Fast

Hardened Aluminum Material Molds: balance lightness and hardness. This design helps minimize wear and tear during the machine's long and fast operation, effectively extending its service life.

Automatic Bottom Paper Feeding System: Precise and stable

Automatic Lubrication System and Main Motor: The oil pipes are reasonably distributed throughout the machine, which can automatically lubricate the bearings and make the bearing rotation smoother. The main motor is equipped with a brake, which allows for setting of the debugging points and ensures safety.

Under the paper feeding track, there are sliders that move back and forth. Unlike linear bearing transmission, sliders are more suitable for high-speed models and have better quality.
