LF-90 MID-speed paper cup forming machine is a multi station high-speed automatic machine producing both single and double PE coated drink cups, ice cream cups through continuous process of automatic paper feeding, sealing, oil injection, bottom cutting, heating, knurling, curling and stacking. The machine adopting hot air system, PLC control, servo motor driving, full-automatic failure warning, counting, detection, stopping, etc.
Intelligent lubrication and safety design: The automatic lubrication system lubricates each point through precise oil pipe design, and it is equipped with an oil pump, oil volume control valve and filter to reduce component wear; the main motor has a brake function, supports debugging and positioning.
Integrated base manufacturing: The base is processed by CNC, with an unconventional thickness design and heavier weight to ensure the installation accuracy of each component; the workbench adopts a fully enclosed design to prevent materials from entering the drive system and extend the life of the equipment
Full process automation control: Using PLC control system and servo motor drive, it integrates continuous processes such as automatic paper feeding, sealing, oiling, bottom cutting, heating, embossing, curling and stacking to reduce manual intervention and reduce operating errors.

A:our factory location is 7# yongding road,songjiadai industrial park,feiyun town,ruian city,zhejiang province,china. You can by plane from your country to wenzhou city airport,then we will pick you up by car.

Q:what is your delivery time?

1. The guide booklet will be sent with machine to guide the installation process works, adjust the whole machine, production, avoid or solve the problem which the buyer will face.
2. Test run of the machine & training:
a) We will adjust the machine well for one week before the delivery, ensure the machine has the perfect performance.
b) If the technicians are asked to install machine and training the workers at buy's factory , the buyer should pay all fees.
3. Training of buyer in China:
a) We supply the free training of buyer at our factory, the training won't stop until the buyer control the whole lesson! The cost of air ticket, boarding and lodging should provided by buyer.
4. We supply the consumable spare parts for free for one years use.
We warranty against any defects in design and workmanship for 1 year from the shipment date
This warranty won't be applied to parts which are subject to wear and require normal replacement and to the durability of condition
We are not responsible for the damage caused by misuse, improper handling, neglectful maintenance, force injury and other reasons beyond our responsibility.
