SFBJ-600 Full Servo Motor High Speed Paper Cup Machine 

SFBJ-600 Full Servo motor paper cup forming machine is a machine that have 16 servo motors to control the automatic ultrasonic sealing, turnplate of mold body, turnplate of curling plates, bottom feeding system and different moving parts.  The servo motors replace the traditional cam driving system, make machine to have more precise coordination between the various moving parts. It can make sure machine running at high speed with stable performance. This machine stable running speed can reach 160-200pcs/min depends on the paper quality.

Our advantage:

We use total 16 servo motors on this machine, the functions of each servo motor have been further refined. This demo machine has been running in our domestic customer's workshop for 2years, they keep machine running for 24hours per day. Until now machine's performance is excellent.

The machine has three stations for curling, makes the curling of the cup more beautiful at high running speed and increase the stability of curling quality. 

 

The machine includes the diagonal paper feeding system with automatic conveyor belt to hold more paper fans. The diagonal paper feeding system can make paper fan not easy to stuck when feedings. Also machine has high accurate bottom feeding system.

 The hot air heating system makes the bottom sealing perfect without color damaged. We also can add silicone oil inject system for bottom, it helps to protect the full printing cups and also double PE coated or varnish cups.
