CPC-300 AUTOMATIC PAPER CONE SLEEVE MAKING MACHINE(FOR ICE CREAM)
The fully servo-driven automatic paper cone sleeve machine can produce ice cream paper cone sleeves and other similar paper cone sleeves. The angle range of the produced paper cone sleeves is 17-23 degrees (by changing the moulds). The machine speed can reach 260-280 pieces per minute. The main components are of international renowned brands such as Panasonic, and Robatex etc.. The machine is applicable to different paper materials such as art paper, aluminum-coated paper, and offset paper.
1.There are two servo motors. One controls the suction and feeding of paper, and the other controls the rotation of the mold.2.The glue box, glue hose and nozzle are integrated to spray the glue onto the edge of the paper. When the actual temperature reaches the set temperature, green will be displayed on the touch screen and the machine can start normally.
4.The vacuum pump is used to suck and feed paper and to draw the paper onto the mold.
