The TM-35 Low-speed double wall paper cup making Machine forms double-layer paper cups through a series of automated processes, including: automatic paper feeding, ultrasonic sealing of the cup body, bottom edge folding, adhesive application (spraying), assembly of the inner cup with its outer sleeve, and final cup ejection.
1.A compact manufacturing machine designed for ease of operation, requiring only a single operator.
2.The thicker the steel and the gears are, the longer the machine's service life will be, the better its stability will be (less likely to shake), and the lower the noise will be.
3.The machine is equipped with sensors at multiple points to continuously monitor production operation. Upon detecting any abnormalities, the system will automatically trigger an alarm and initiate shutdown protocols, ensuring timely maintenance interventions.
4.The machine uses 30mm big shaft and big 125# gear box.
