LF-110 MID-speed paper cup forming machine is a multi station high-speed automatic
machine producing both single and double PE coated drink cups through
continuous process of automatic paper feeding,sealing,oil injection,bottom
cutting,heating,knurling,curling and stacking.The machine adopting hot air system,PLC
control,servo motor driving,full-automatic failure warning,counting,detection,stopping,etc. This machine speed can reach100-110pcs/min.

High degree of automation: PLC control system and touch screen operation interface are adopted, with encoders, sensors and other components, to accurately control the ultrasonic sealing, hot air sealing and other processes, reduce manual intervention and improve production efficiency.

 

Core component optimization: open cam and gear motor design, with oil pump automatic lubrication and filtration system, reduce mechanical wear and make maintenance more convenient.

 

Ultrasonic cup body sealing: ultrasonic technology is used to achieve cup body sealing, with high sealing quality and fast speed, which can be adapted to single PE or double PE coated paper to meet the production needs of cold and hot drink cups.

A1: Basially , the machine is easy to operate, the engineer can teach the client how to fix the machine by video or email. And the engineer are available to overseas.

A2: T/T 30 % as the deposit, and the balance payment should be paid before delivery.
